Beautiful unique helmet shell, probably one known of the very early helmet M38 ( with elements of previous model M37!!!) Helmet was researched on GHW2 forum, the experts pointed it is M37/M38 helmet (probably a very early conversion). Liner is a modified original M37 helmet liner, made to be used on M38 bolts. The markings on Shell are typical for M37 helmet as the lot number, wich means a M37 helmet. On the helmet there are visible three layers of paint. First apple green, next luftwaffe gray and finally DAK camouflage. HELMET IS UNTOUCHED!!!! 100% original!
