Extremely rare visor of W-SS Panzer crusher cap (alter alt). Cap is in very fine condition, almost perfect one. I tried to show on photos every single point that indicates authenticity of the item. There is no possibility of that cap was rebanded, i ve checked all spots and give 100% guarantee on it! The interior of the cap is still very solid and stiff and i dont really want to put any damage on it with deflecting of liner. From the shadow after black band it seems that crusher had aluminium Deschler skull. I am sure that collectors will appreciate the cap as it is very unique cap of all SS headgear. I think that size of the cap is 56. More photos on request.
I udpated some information about the crusher’s "issue" pointed by experts. On the 8th photo i shown process of gentle squeezing (from top to bottom). There we see bend of the black band that caused visible marks near to the waffenfarbe. The cap is made in one piece altough with the originally sewn black SS band. Additionaly, on the bend line you can feel that the cardboard stiffening of the cap is damaged in these areas. These elements most probably caused by not proper storaging or as we all know - keeping it to much time in a pocket, as this is how it was done with crusher caps.
Original insignia has been added by me, cap was stripped.
